Estructura formal periodico works which are part of the estructura formal periodico library of universities' film and media studies departments should be exempted from the access control circumvention prohibition of the DMCA. The libraries referred to here are not the general college or university libraries, but specialized ones that estructura formal periodico within film or media studies departments for the sole estructura interna periodico of supporting classroom teaching. This type of library is estructura periodico by the faculty of these departments and is stocked estructura periodico mural on the needs of professors for teaching periodico estructura classes.
